In addition, he is the Regional Managing Principal for the Southwest and has collaborated on significant projects such as: 2000 Avenue of the Stars, The Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences at LA Live, LAX Airport, DreamWorks Studios, Sony Studios and MGM MIRAGE CityCenter in Las Vegas; the largest sustainable design and privately funded project in the U.S. - $7 billion. Andy is a registered architect in 25 states, and was named a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in 2005. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute and Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.

John Picard is one of the preeminent environmental consultants in North America. Since his start as a residential builder in the 1980´s, John has pioneered the philosophy of natural systems and sustainable design in his work as a green building engineer, corporate strategist, and executive advisor. John is a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council, a long-standing member of Interface’s Dream Team, and an environmental advisor to EarthPark, Eco-Town, and a number of corporations around the world. John is represented by Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles and serves as their in-house Sustainability Expert.
Dr. Malcolm Lewis

Dr. Lewis is Founder of Constructive Technologies Group (CTG), one of the leading sustainable design consulting firms in the US. He has been active in the design of leading-edge buildings for over 30 years as a consulting engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Systems. He specializes in integrating innovative technologies into the mainstream of building practice, and he accomplishes this through his professional activities in design, education, and public policy. Dr. Lewis served on the Board of Directors of the US Green Building Council (1997-2002), is currently a member of the USGBC's LEED Steering Committee, and is Chair of the LEED Technical Committee.
Goodwin Gaw

Goodwin is the Founder and Managing Principal of Gaw Capital, a leading real estate investment company with a strategic focus on China and the Asia Pacific. He brings over 15 years of real estate and management experience across multiple asset classes in the United States and Asia. He is Vice Chairman of Pioneer Global Group, Founder and President of Downtown Properties, and former Chairman of Global Gateway. Goodwin received a BS in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters of Science in Construction Management from Stanford University.
Danny Rimer

Danny Rimer joined Index Ventures in 2002 and established the firm's London office. Danny is Ranked #16 on the "The Midas List" by Forbes. His investment interests include Internet infrastructure software and services. He currently serves on the board of Astley Clarke, FON, Oanda, Rightscale, Sky (BSY), Spot Runner, Stardoll, Trialpay, Viagogo and Woome. He previously was a director of KVS (Symantec), Last.fm (CBS), Lovefilm, MySQL (Sun), Neoteris (Juniper) and Skype (eBay). Prior to joining Index, Danny was a general partner of The Barksdale Group, where he invested in a dozen companies including CrossGain (BEA), Ofoto (Kodak) and TellMe (Microsoft). Prior to joining The Barksdale Group, Danny was Managing Director in Hambrecht & Quist's (JP Morgan) Equity Research Group and was responsible for the firm's Internet practice. At H&Q, Danny was the underwriting analyst for companies including Amazon, Netscape, and Verisign. He also sponsored direct investments in over 20 companies. Danny also serves on the board of Maggie's Cancer Caring, a non-profit in the area of cancer support. He holds an A.B from Harvard College.

Phil Williams heads the "Sustainablility" and "Systems Engineering"groups as Vice President at Webcor Builders. Phil Williams is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in California, a LEED Accredited professional and he is also an active member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), San Francisco Mayor's Green Building Task Force, Center for the Built Environment (CBE), Sustainable Silicon Valley, Business COuncil on Climate Change (BC-3) and Centere for Integrated Facilities Engineering (CIFE).
Brandon Tinianov

Dr. Tinianov is a recognized expert in building science and in the creation and patenting of novel construction materials to support global sustainability initiatives. A registered Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, INCE Board Certified Noise Control Expert and consistent Bay Area bike commuter, Dr. Tinianov is devoted to implementing globally sustainable practices in both his professional and personal life. Through his influential participation in the the Green Building Initiative (GBI) and Sustainable Silicon Valley (SSV), Dr. Tinianov has been recognized as a leading voice in the green construction innovation realm and was recently elected founding chairman of the Silicon Valley Branch of the US Green Building Council (USGBC). As an inventor, Dr. Tinianov has 12 issued patents and holds more than twenty pending applications. He has a Ph.D. in Engineering Systems from the Colorado School of Mines; a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Texas, Austin; and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University.
Nellie Reid
Director of Sustainable Design, Gensler Architects
Over the decade Nellie has been at Gensler, she has served as a sustainable design consultant on multiple project types. Her projects include Santa Monica College, LA Mission College, San José Airport and the Port of Long Beach Headquarters. She has spent much of the last four years providing a Sustainable Design and LEED oversight role on hospitality projects, including MGM MIRAGE's CityCenter project in Las Vegas, an 18 million sf mixed-use project on the Las Vegas Strip. Additional hospitality clients include Marriot/Ritz, Kimpton, Mondrian and Warner Brothers. Nellie is a founding member of the U. S. Green Building Council's Los Angeles Chapter and served as Vice-Chair from 2004-2007. She now serves as an Emeritus board member. She received both a B.A. and B.Arch. from Rice University in Houston, Texas. Interiors and Sources Magazine selected Nellie as one of the "25 Environmental Champions for 2004." More recently, she was recognized on both Real Estate Southern California's and Building Design + Construction's "40 Under 40" lists.
Peter B. Cushman
VP of Development, Bancroft Capital
Peter Cushman is the Vice President of Development with Bancroft Capital, where he manages all development efforts for Bancroft Capital including the development of The Peloton, a $160 million mixed-use community in Boulder, Colorado. Previously, Mr. Cushman was a Project Manager with LDW Resort & Hotel Development in San Diego, California, where he participated in the development of the Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole and Four Seasons Resort Silicon Valley amongst others. He began his professional life as a Financial Analyst and Acquisitions Manager with Louis Dreyfus Property Group in New York, where he was responsible for underwriting and sourcing all new real estate investments and dispositions nationally. Mr. Cushman received a B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Cushman is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of American Sunrise Communities, Boulder East, Eta Gamma Housing Corporation and Zaca Mesa Winery. Mr. Cushman also has served as a guest lecturer with the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder and enjoys coaching Special Olympics basketball. Mr. Cushman, his wife Julie and daughter Samantha live in Denver, Colorado. Together he and his family enjoy fly-fishing, golfing, skiing, cycling, cooking and attending CU Buffalo and Denver Bronco football games.
