Trimble to Acquire Document Crunch to Expand AI Risk Management in Construction

Trimble (Nasdaq: TRMB) announced today it has signed an agreement to acquire Document Crunch, a leader in construction-specific AI document analysis and risk management across the project lifecycle. The acquisition will allow Trimble to incorporate document intelligence and compliance automation across the Trimble® Construction ecosystem, enhancing existing workflows in project management and construction ERP systems
